Where Our Journey Began

Creation International was founded from a passion for helping people grow professionally and personally through coaching, learning, and leadership development.

Working with professionals, managers, executives, and organizations across different industries revealed an important pattern.

Many workplace challenges were not simply individual capability issues.

With a background spanning leadership development, executive coaching, organizational development, emotional intelligence, and workplace performance, Dr. Dalia works with organizations to strengthen leadership capability while helping individuals and teams translate learning into meaningful workplace results.

She is passionate about helping organizations build healthier leadership cultures where people, performance, and business outcomes can grow together.
